Many items in the sale reached record prices and foreign banknotes once again proved that the market for scarce and rare material is still alive and well. Included in the auction were a wide range of many rare banknotes, stock and bond certificates, archival production material, philatelic related material as well as a host of hundreds of interesting items rarely seen at auction in the field of numismatics and philatelics.
