Specimen baby bond. Red specimen overprints, POC's and blue "00000" serial numbers. Face has Texas "Star" vignette in middle and is printed in black. 20 miniature coupons on bottom for 40 cents each. "Issued By Authority of and Act of the Legislature of the State of Texas. Approved April 21st, 1879". 4% bond.
