used on First Series U.S.National Bank Notes.
 
 
 
 Lot # 1805 in sale. Unique approval model or mockup of $1 Turnkey face and back trial color notes in green, mounted in small grey folder and covered by clear plastic. Dated "8-30-66" on top left corner of face and back. Initialed and "OK" in middle between notes. The only model found of this issue for the entire series. This is your only chance.
   
Lot # 1577.  The Mercantile Safe Deposit Co. Silver Bullion Certificate. Specimen Silver Bullion Certificate for 1,000 ounces, 1000 Fine. Black on light brown undertint of allegorical woman. Red specimen overprint, POC and "00000" serial numbers. Extremely attractive. AU with toning on bottom and one pin hole on the upper right corner.

Lot # 1812 in auction. Proof banknote printed on india paper cut down to bank note size. Very light purple "Property of American Bank Note Co." hand stamped on back with literally no bleed through to front. Printed in black with bright orange undertint. Baldwin, Bald & Cousland, New York / Bald, Cousland & Co., Philadelphia imprint on bottom of note. POC. Gem Uncirculated Condition. Scarce and very attractive note.
 
 
Lot # 1832 in sale.  Specimen baby bond. Red specimen overprints, POC's and blue "00000" serial numbers.
 
 
Face has Texas "Star" vignette in middle and is printed in black. 20 miniature coupons on bottom for 40 cents each. "Issued By Authority of and Act of the Legislature of the State of Texas. Approved April 21st, 1879". 4% bond. Back is in green and has bond legend describing purpose of bond which was to retire old Texas state debt.
