White piece of paper has been overlayed with 3 positive photos on clear plastic or acetate of border and 2 different colors of cycloid undertints and taped to the paper on the top and the sides. Lot # 2358. Banque De La Republique D'Haiti Printing Plate. 1990. P-254. 2 Gourdes. Back plate only. Arms of Haiti in middle. Legend on bottom does not mention the U.S. Engraved and printed by USBNC. Positive impression "ALTO" that was used to make printing plates. Printed on thin chromed steel measuring 7 by 4 inches. Includes cardboard holder that plate came in. Text on envelope "20 Ton PSI - 9-10-90" and "Alto". Rare Haiti numismatic plate. USBNC
